Kircher comes to New Ulm from Kalamazoo, Michigan where he served as a surgical resident. As a Minnesota native, St. Cloud State University graduate, husband and father, Kircher was drawn to New Ulm’s family-oriented atmosphere and the opportunity to ensure people in this community continue to have access to exceptional care.
"New Ulm Medical Center has a great foundation of surgical partners, and it is important for me to support rural health care. I want people to have top tier medical care close to home,” said Kircher.
Kircher specializes in minimally invasive surgeries. He says each case is different because no patient is the same. He enjoys listening to people to better understand them and how to care for them.
“I have learned the importance of fostering communication and connecting with each patient. It helps me continue to grow and improve, while providing the best possible care,” Kircher said.
