In our role as a care provider, employer, purchaser, and community partner, this commitment to addressing disparities and inequalities supports our collective mission to provide safe care for all.

This nationwide pledge comes after months of critical conversations about diversity, education about historic wrongdoings, and assessing the health care industry’s shortfalls. Allina Health remains committed to improvement through constant self-examination and evaluation, education, and advocacy.
