    Cooking the cauliflower in this recipe releases more of the antioxidants, which help your body fight cancer. 


    5 cups small cauliflower florets
    2 tablespoons canola oil, divided
    1 teaspoon salt-free seasoning
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 teaspoon lemon zest
    1 teaspoon spicy brown mustard
    1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper


    1. Adjust oven rack about 4 to 6 inches from broiler element and heat broiler to high. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Set aside.
    2. In a large bowl, combine cauliflower, 1 tablespoon oil and salt-free seasoning. Stir. Pour cauliflower mixture onto the lined baking sheet, making sure florets are in a single layer. Broil for 7 to 10 minutes or until tender and slightly browned, stirring halfway through cooking.
    3. While cauliflower is cooking, combine remaining oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, spicy brown mustard and black pepper in a small bowl. Stir.
    4. Remove cauliflower from oven and place in a serving bowl. Drizzle mixture made in step 3 over cauliflower and toss to combine. Serve warm.
