    This potato recipe leaves the skins on, giving your body more fiber for healthy digestion.


    1 1/2 pounds small-size new potatoes, each cut into 4 wedges
    1 tablespoon salt-free seasoning
    1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil


    1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Set aside.
    2. In a large zip-close bag, combine potato wedges, seasoning and oil. Ask your child to help shake the bag until the potatoes are well-coated.
    3. Pour the potatoes onto the prepared baking sheet, making sure the wedges are spread out evenly. Bake on the middle rack of the oven for 25 to 35 minutes, turning potatoes halfway through cooking time.
    4. Allow to cool for 5 to 10 minutes and serve warm.
