Tuna and bean open-faced sandwich

Eating meals with beans can help you manage your weight! How? Beans contain protein and fiber, nutrients that help you feel fuller for longer.

Ingredients

1 12 1/2-ounce can light tuna packed in water, drained
1 15-ounce can no-salt-added white beans
1/4 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 Kaiser rolls, sliced in half (You can also use another hard bread of your choice.*)

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine first 4 ingredients. Mix well.
  2. Scoop 1/4 of the bean mixture (made in step 1) on each slice of Kaiser roll. Enjoy!
