    Lemon cream with blueberries Gluten Free Low Sodium

    Blueberries are good for your brain! They help you maintain your ability to think well and can even improve your memory! 

    Ingredients

    1/2 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
    2 tablespoons sour cream
    1/4 cup cream cheese
    1 tablespoon honey
    3 tablespoons sugar
    3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    1 teaspoon lemon zest
    2 cups fresh blueberries

    Directions

    1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine yogurt, sour cream, cream cheese and honey. Stir until well-blended. Add sugar, lemon juice and lemon zest. Stir. Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
    2. Just before serving, place 1/2 cup blueberries topped with 1/4 cup lemon cream in four small bowls. Enjoy!

    Makes 4 servings
