    1/2 cup diced rhubarb (about 1 to 2 medium stalks)
    1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
    3 tablespoons orange marmalade
    1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh basil


    1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Toss until well-combined.
    2. Enjoy with cinnamon pita chips.*
