    Fresh vegetable dip Gluten Free

    Making this dip is a tasty way to encourage your family to eat more vegetables!



      1 pint fat-free cottage cheese
      1/4 teaspoon grated onion
      1 cup light mayonnaise
      1/8 teaspoon hot sauce
      1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
      1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
      1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
      1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper


      1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix.
      2. Serve immediately with fresh vegetables, pita bread or both.* Cover leftovers and store in the refrigerator.

      Makes 12 servings
