Navigating a family spring break staycation

[WCCO, March 26, 2024] Not everyone is able to hop on a plane for spring break, but you can still create meaningful memories with your family.

David Nathan, PsyD LP, a psychologist with Allina Health, chatted with the hosts of The 4 on WCCO-TV. While parents may feel the pressure to create extravagant experiences, Dr. Nathan suggests talking with your partner and kids to find out what everyone would enjoy doing. Families often find themselves in busy routines so the time away from work and school can lead to connection and quality time.
