When your provider is ready, follow the prompts in your notification
They may not be ready right away, so stay close to your device. You’ll have five minutes to respond to the notification before your appointment is cancelled. You might need to sign in to your account again if you closed the webpage.
If you are using a supported browser, your visit will start automatically. Just like an in-person visit, a clinical assistant may meet with you first. Your provider will join you shortly.

Tips for connecting to your virtual visit
Wi-Fi works better than cellular connections.
Some public Wi-Fi networks may be restricted and not work as well as full Wi-Fi.
Make sure you are not streaming audio or video e.g., Spotify, YouTube.
Tips for virtual visit audio
Check that your device is not muted and your volume is turned up.
Try to use headphones with a microphone—this allows your provider to hear you more clearly and offers you more privacy.
