Digital Care is a portfolio of patient-friendly digital content, including leaflets and videos, that your health care team may share with you via
email or text as part of your care.
If your Allina Health care team has recommended Digital Care resources, you will receive an email or text message. These messages include a link to access the recommended content via your personal electronic device.
Digital Care resources can either be accessed via the link in the email or text from your health care team or via your Allina Health account. If you have an Allina Health account, look for the Digital Care section within your Allina Health account dashboard.
To access Digital Care recommended by your care team, you will need a current mobile number or email on file with us or have an Allina Health account.
My care team said they would send me information via email and I haven’t received anything.
