RSA Secure ID Authenticate
Individual use
RSA Authenticate must be downloaded and set up first before getting set up on the following apps. The RSA SecurID® Authenticate app works with RSA SecurID Access to provide strong authentication and convenient single sign-on to corporate applications.
Hourly employees should request approval from their manager before completing work outside scheduled hours.*

Expenses & Travel: If you use Concur® Travel, Concur® Expense, or Concur® Invoice at work, then download this companion app to your Android or mobile devices to manage your travel and expenses when you’re on the go!

LiveSafe
Individual use
Safety: LiveSafe is a free mobile app that employees and staff members can download to their personal mobile device to enhance safety commuting to and from work.
Provider to Provider
Individual or shared device use
The Provider to Provider app facilitates direct personal connections across care providers. Connect either to a provider directly, or to an administrator who can coordinate a callback. App also includes links to shared resources for scheduling and provider communication.
SharePoint
SharePoint is a web-based collaborative platform that integrates natively with Microsoft Office and can help your team work remotely, work together and work smarter. SharePoint is primarily a document management and storage system. SharePoint is highly configurable, and its usage varies substantially. Besides document storage, SharePoint can create and host lists, tasks, calendars, videos, text and images!
Service Now / Service Central
Now employees can find answers and get stuff done across IT, HR, Facilities, Finance, Legal and other departments, all from a modern mobile app powered by the Now Platform®.
*All employees are required to comply with the Company Resources Policy. Non-exempt employees are also subject to the requirements of the Non-Exempt Pay Policy, including, but not limited to, the requirement that non-exempt employees record all hours worked and request advance approval from their manager for any overtime. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in corrective action.

Allina Health App
The Allina Health app puts your health information at your fingertips and makes managing your health care quick and simple. The app also gives you turn-by-turn directions on the Abbott Northwestern Hospital campus so you can confidently find your destination.
Beginnings App
Beginnings by Allina Health is your go-to app for the entire pregnancy journey, now supporting early childhood and multiple children.
Take Heart Cardiovascular App
The Take Heart app guides you through the things you need to do before and after a heart procedure.
