I'm not receiving my text message

Your carrier might be blocking the text message
Text the word "START ALLINA" to the number 28921. This should cancel any block that is in place. You will receive a text message confirming that you have just opted in to receive text messages from Allina.

Make sure that START ALLINA is in all capital letters and that you have included a space between the two words.

Did texting "START ALLINA" not work?
Call your cell phone carrier (AT&T, Verizon, etc.) and ask them to unblock 28921.

Still not working?
Restart your cell phone. If this doesn't work, you might want to consider an RSA token instead of the text message. It doesn't rely on your personal phone and cell phone service. To switch, call the HR Service Center during business hours at 612-262-4688.

My text code isn't working

  • Don't enter "28921" as the text code. You have to open the actual text message, which contains the real, longer code.
  • Make sure you are entering the most recent code. Codes expire when one of the following conditions is met: the code has already been used, a new one is requested, or 20 minutes has passed.

I need to sign up for iSAFE

Allina Health employees
You can register by logging into MyAllina on an Allina Health computer and selecting "Register for iSAFE" under Employee Self-Service.

You can register by calling the Allina Health Service Desk at 612-262-1900 and starting a desktop technology request. This request will need to be approved by your supervisor.
