Summary: Direct response marketing in new to Allina as of the Fall ’22 season and quickly expanding its capabilities in ’23. We will be working to establish and grow our monthly response rate as close to 3 percent as possible, in both digital and written appeals. There are at least two appeals per month on the calendar established , and we could use help with our communication between our vendor (True Sense) and marketing partners, the Foundation and key customer groups, including cancer, mental health and Abbott Northwestern, who each have a formal representative body to the Foundation. We seeking to implement a “matching gift” strategy and work on how Major Gift officers work with givers for mail and digital appeals: our Mid-level Giving practice, will debut in ’23.
Responsibilities: Assists and follows through with direct response-focused projects, including its data aspects, allowing the team to focus and understand how we are advancing with the metric focus of ideas and solutions. As of May, we hope to have a “matching gift” program in place, and effect response rate deeply. Accept growing responsibility and provides output on challenges to the team.
