Volunteering is a powerful way to make a difference while learning new things and making new connections. Candidates and employees don’t have to go far to give back. The Allina Health System has volunteer opportunities in hospitals, hospice settings, care centers and more.

Every year, Allina Health employees volunteer more than 100,000 hours with community projects and organizations throughout the Twin Cities and western Wisconsin. Mission Matters, the Allina Health volunteerism program, offers resources and rewards to employees who contribute their time and talents. Our partnership with VolunteerMatch makes it easy to find a volunteer role that feeds your passion and puts your skills to good use. Plus, Allina Health donates more than $200,000 annually to organizations employees care about through the Dollars for Doers program and other charitable activities.
