Playgrounds and outdoor activities

Playgrounds aren't just for kids; they can be a place for adult activity as well. You could play tag, do pull-ups on the monkey bars and pushups on a picnic bench.

Seasonal weather

Minnesota weather does not always leave you with many outdoor walking or hiking options. Check with your local community education program for more walking opportunities. Most schools have indoor walking policies that allow you to use the building after school hours.
