You can continue to rely on the same Allina Health doctors and care team you know and trust, at the same care sites you visit today. There are no changes to your appointments, access to your Allina Health account, and how you communicate with your care teams.
Insurance coverage is not changing.
You can still rely on the same doctors and care teams at the same care sites you visit today.

  • Reimagine how patients get and stay well, combining technology and proactive, patient-centered care to detect, treat and prevent diseases and conditions earlier. 
Allina Health and Sutter Health will continue to operate independently as separate organizations until the proposed transaction is closed, which we anticipate occurring by the end of 2026 subject to due diligence, negotiation of a definitive agreement and regulatory approvals.
