What’s changing?

Northfield Hospital + Clinics (NH+C) is purchasing the Allina Health Northfield Clinic and will transition the clinic to NH+Cin September.

Where can I see my clinician?

If you have an appointment scheduled, please plan to keep it as scheduled. Your appointment is not affected and will remain in place. If this changes, we will reach out to you directly.

Scheduling for appointments at NH+C will open in August for appointments starting in late September.

Why is this happening?

This partnership is designed to strengthen and maintain access to high-quality health care services for all residents of Northfield and surrounding communities.
