New study reveals at-home blood pressure monitors accurate

[KARE 11, November 01, 2018] Nearly half of all American adults have high blood pressure, and a new study confirms what cardiologists have been saying for years: at-home tests are just as accurate at monitoring hypertension -- if not more so -- than having your blood pressure checked at the doctor’s office. Allina Health cardiologist Dr. Nick Burke, with the Minneapolis Heart Institute, talked with KARE 11 News about the study.
