St. Francis Regional Medical Center opens wellness center for employees

[KSTP TV, January 01, 0001] This is the time of year when cabin fever tends to set in.

Add a stressful job on top of that, and it can really bring on the winter blues.

But employees at St. Francis Regional Medical Center in Shakopee have a new place to unwind and get refreshed.

The hospital opened a new wellness room Wednesday.

"I think if people take better care of themselves, they're going to be at work more and sick less" said Mike McMahan, the medical center's president.
