Mayo Clinic tops ‘Best Hospitals’ list for third time in four years; Abbott Northwestern earned the top spot among the hospitals in the Twin Cities area

[Twin Cities Business Magazine, August 09, 2017] In a repeat from last year, Abbott Northwestern, which is run by Minneapolis-based Allina Health, was selected as the best hospital in the Twin Cities area. Allina Health chief executive Penny Wheeler said in a statement that the company was “especially proud” of the hospital's high ranking. “We focus on quality and aim high for the patients and communities we are so privileged to serve,” she said, “and I am gratified that the exceptional care our team is dedicated to delivering every day through the organization is being recognized.”
