Phillips Eye Institute volunteers perform eye screenings at St. Paul and Minneapolis public schools

[Business Journal, June 17, 2016] As a case coordinator in the early youth eye care program of Allina Health’s Phillips Eye Institute, Cody Engelhaupt encountered the same frustrating circumstances over and over: Kids would fail initial eye screenings, yet would never receive the follow-up care they needed to diagnose and treat eye problems.
