Allina Health and NorthPoint Health & Wellness Center launch health coach partnership

[KMOJ-FM, May 12, 2016] With the intention of improving health in North Minneapolis, Allina Health will train Northpoint Health & Wellness Center staff in patient engagement and motivation skills. In addition, four NorthPoint employees will participate in a class to become certified Wellcoaches. Representatives from both organizations talked about what the partnership hopes to accomplish with Lisa Moy on KMOJ-FM.
