Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day emphasizes testing

[KARE 11, February 07, 2013] On Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day, the Minnesota Department of Health is calling attention to the devastating toll HIV/AIDS has had on black communities. One in three of the persons living with HIV/AIDS in Minnesota is black.

Antoine Jefferson, an Allina Health patient at Allina Medical Clinic -  The Doctors Uptown, is one of them. He talked with KARE 11 News about HIV/AIDS in the black community.
