Allina works with school to offer concussion test to athletes

[KSTP & KARE11, August 11, 2011] School is not yet in session but some St. Paul student athletes took a test Thursday. The test wasn't about their grades but about their safety after a concussion.

Cretin-Derham Hall along with Allina Hospitals (what you should know about concussions in sports) and a grant from Abbott Northwestern Foundation administered the Impact baseline test to students for free. The test rates memory and reaction time. After a concussion, students retake the test until they return to normal. Watch the reports below.
