[KMSP Fox 9 News, May 29, 2011] Gov. Dayton's has signed into law legislation that aims to cut down on concussions among student athletes by requiring coaches, officials, parents and athletes to learn more about concussion.
The measure would also sideline players until a doctor clears them to play after an injury. Allina Sports and Orthopaedic Specialists' Brent Millikin helped lead the effort to pass the law and talked with Fox 9 News about the new law. Watch the interview below.
