Allina partnership brings on-site care to Augustana Care's Apple Valley Villa

[Augustana Care, April 14, 2011] A new partnership between Augustana Care’s Apple Valley Villa apartments, Allina SeniorCare Transitions and Apple Valley Medical Center brings medical care directly to residents so they don’t have to leave the Villa when medical issues occur.

Nurse-practitioner Julie Whelan of Allina SeniorCare Transitions is available Monday through Friday by appointment for residents who sign up for the program. Read more at augustanacare.org.
