New Cancer Center planned at New Ulm Medical Center

[New Ulm Journal, February 24, 2011] The New Ulm Medical Center (NUMC) is on its way to becoming a leader in cancer treatment in southwestern Minnesota.

NUMC is planning to move its Cancer Center to a new space in the hospital and more than double its size.

An open house for physicians took place Wednesday. Plans show that the Cancer Center will centralize all of the NUMC's cancer treatments in one location.
