How to start an exercise program

[Owatonna People's Pres, February 11, 2011] It’s been well document that people who exercise live longer, on average, than those who don’t. What’s more, they also decrease their chances of developing heart disease, high blood pressure, stroke, type 2 diabetes, colon and breast cancers, depression and dementia, and lower their risk of falls.

Those are some really good reasons to exercise, but how do you go about starting – and sticking with – a fitness program?  Consider these tips.
