New Recommendations for Vitamin D

[KSTP TV, December 01, 2010] The Institute of Medicine (IOM) released new recommendations for vitamin D Tuesday. It now recommends adults get around 600 international units of vitamin D daily, with a slightly higher doses for the elderly.
