Watch out for frostbite

[KMSP-TV News, December 09, 2009] When temperatures turn frigid and winds pick up, Allina's Abbott Northwestern Hospital emergency room doctor David Peterson warns, frostbite can occur in a matter of minutes. That, he says, can result in loss of fingers, toes, the tip of your nose and ears.
