Nearly 5,000 screened for 'Heart of New Ulm'

[KARE-TV, November 07, 2009] There's a revolutionary new health project taking place right here in Minnesota that's changing the pulse of an entire community. Today The Heart of New Ulm celebrates a first anniversary tonight and 40-year-old Cindy Wall will be there. Wall says, "My dad had quadruple bypass surgery and so I thought we'll, I'm going to do something about it now so I don't have to end up like him." She is one of thousands in New Ulm who had their heart health screened through the Heart of New Ulm project.
