Minn. Doctor's Gift of Sight Might Save Military Lives

[KSTP TV, October 15, 2009] A Minneapolis eye surgeon is giving military men and women a $5,000 laser vision correction for free. It's a gift some say could save lives. Doctor Neal Sher has helped more than 250 members of the military see better. He donates the work and Allina's Phillips Eye Institute donates the space.
