OWATONNA, Minn. 4/11/2018  Almost 75 percent of all runners are injured each year, and most running and endurance sports injuries are caused by overuse and training errors. To learn tips about healthy running, a free video gait analysis and a shoe fitting from the experts, plan to attend the free Running Clinic Saturday, April 28 from 9 a.m. to noon at Owatonna Shoe, 121 N Cedar Ave. in Owatonna.

Lisa Cochran, a shoe fitting specialist, with Owatonna Shoe will also be available for questions and to providing running shoe fittings. No RSVP is required. This event is free and open to the public.
