MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. 6/7/2017 — Robert Tuttle, MD, orthopedic surgeon, and Jayson King, RN, holistic nurse, will present Managing Hip and Knee Arthritis Pain: Qigong Practice for Health and Wellness on Tuesday, July 11, from 1 to 3 p.m. at Creekside Community Center, 9801 Penn Ave. S.

Qi gong (pronounced "chee gong"), sometimes called Chinese yoga, is a form of gentle exercise and self-healing that combines choreographed, fluid movement with coordinated breath, and mindfulness or guided imagery.

Dr. Tuttle practices with Twin Cities Orthopedics and at Abbott Northwestern Hospital. King manages the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing’s Art of Healing program.
