MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. 5/25/2016 — How can parents help their kids and themselves maintain good sleep schedules in the summer – when there is less built-in structure, and sometimes, more evening activities?

Allina Health Acupuncturist Paul Magee and Clinical Nurse Specialist Mary Beshara from Penny George Institute for Health and Healing will join Kowalski's Nutritionist Sue Moores to discuss this topic.
