MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. 9/19/2016 — Nancy Cox is a nurse and a healing coach with Virginia Piper Cancer Institute, part of Allina Health. Every day, she talks with people who are struggling with difficult decisions forced on them by serious illness.

Now, people can benefit from her insights before they are in crisis. Beginning in October, Cox will facilitate four one-and-a-half-hour seminars every other week. The seminars are structured to explore ways to live life fully by removing barriers and rekindling creativity.

“We’re not young one day and old the next. Aging is a transition and can be a transformational process. Have you ever stopped to envision what you would like your life to look like 15 years from now? The choices you make now can make this vision more likely,” she says.

The cost is $125. For more information, visit Register online for a seminar series in Woodbury, Plymouth, or Edina.
