We have bargained in good faith with the union dozens of times and reached tentative agreements on many non-economic items. These discussions are grounded in our shared commitment to delivering exceptional care while supporting the well-being and professional growth of our doctors. 

Our goal is to finalize contracts that continue to fairly compensate our providers with market competitive wages and benefits – yet, economic discussions must coexist with the reality of significant uncertainty and financial pressures related to rising costs, declining reimbursement for the care we deliver and real concerns about historic cuts to federally funded programs like Medicaid. 

It is our shared responsibility to reach an economic agreement that ensures we can continue to preserve access to care for the patients and communities we serve.
