Statement on behalf of Allina Health on the shooting at the Allina Health Buffalo Crossroads Clinic

February 12, 2021 — Today, our Allina Health family collectively recognized a moment of silence at noon in honor of the tragic loss of Lindsay Overbay and the four other employees injured in the attack at the Allina Health Buffalo Crossroads clinic on Tuesday. Feb 9. Both Dr. Penny Wheeler, CEO and Lisa Shannon, President and Chief Operating Officer were present in Buffalo for the moment of silence and spent time meeting with the Buffalo Crossroads clinic staff, EMS and hospital staff impacted by Tuesday’s tragedy.

• Tammy Schaufler, Clinic Business Representative, who has been with Allina Health for 32 years
• Antonya Fransen-Pruden, Licensed Practical Nurse, who joined Allina Health in 2018
