The experts of our Lung Program address problems related to lung diseases. We have a unified approach with teams of doctors who coordinate services related to cancer prevention, early detection, treatment and surveillance of lung cancer.
Our staff and patient care team includes health care experts and professionals from many specialties. The team collaborates in one, convenient location to meet the medical, physical, emotional and spiritual needs of patients with lung diseases.

The Lung Nodule Clinic is a collaboration between Allina Health United Lung & Sleep Clinic, Minnesota Oncology and the Virginia Piper Cancer Institute. It is staffed by pulmonologists, thoracic surgeons and medical oncologists.
Doctors evaluate, diagnose and care for small nodules found in lung CT scans or chest X-rays. A cancer care coordinator guides patient care from the first appointment through ongoing monitoring and treatment.
Lung patients should download the medical history form to complete and bring with you to your appointment.
