Camp United

  • What is Camp United?

    Camp-United-volunteers

Camp United is United Hospital's summer volunteer program for high school students age 15-18. Six, two-week camp sessions are offered throughout the summer. Camp United has limited placement. Previous and existing volunteers with 24 or more service ours during the current school year will have priority placement over new volunteers. Camp United is the perfect solution for busy students who want to impact the community by volunteering.

By attending a two-week session, you will help patients, families and staff at United Hospital by performing various duties in Guest Services, Patient Discharge Service, Gift Shop and Patient Services. During these two weeks you will help people, learn about health care and reap the benefits of volunteering.
