    Welcome to Phillips Eye Institute, the Upper Midwest's only specialty eye hospital. Patients proceed to the admissions desk to check in for their appointments. The Bistro serves hot soups, sandwiches and coffee.<br />Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.; Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.<br />Located just inside the 24th Street entrance, across from Heilicher Auditorium.<br /><br />Vending machines are located in the hallway near the inpatient area and are available at all times. Patients are prepared for surgery in the pre-operative area at Phillips Eye Institute. Patients benefit from talented physicians, state-of-the-art technology and caring staff during their surgery at Phillips Eye Institute After surgery, patients recover in the post-operative area of Phillips Eye Institute. The Inpatient area at Phillips Eye Institute features 8 rooms, all of which are private. The Low Vision Store at Phillips Eye Institute sells magnifiers, talking clocks and a variety of other tools that help patients with low vision make the most of their remaining sight. Established in 2008, the Kirby Puckett Education Center aims to provide the community with resources and tools to improve eye health. The halls of the Phillips Eye Institute display the rich history and milestones achieved by the organization. An Allina Health Community Pharmacy is conveniently located right on Phillips Eye Institute's campus. With 15 locations, the full range of medications and free delivery by mail, Allina Health Community Pharmacies makes it easy to fill prescriptions. Ample and secure parking is provided on the south side of the building, just across 24th Street.
