  • Sleep psychology evaluation

    Your first visit with a sleep psychologist will be an assessment to evaluate what may be contributing to sleep problems. Some of these factors may include:

    • poor sleep hygiene
    • excessive time in bed
    • other sleep disorders such as restless leg syndrome or obstructive sleep apnea
    • stress
    • chronic pain
    • depression and anxiety

    Following the initial assessment, an individualized treatment plan is created. In some cases additional assessment measures may be needed.
