    Adding blueberries to this beverage helps you drink more water and get some antioxidants ("cancer-fighters") too!


    1 cup frozen blueberries
    3 cups sparkling mineral water
    4 teaspoons fresh lemon juice


    1. Place 1/4 cup blueberries, 3/4 cup sparkling water and 1 teaspoon lemon juice in each glass. Stir. Place in refrigerator or freezer for 30 to 45 minutes.
    2. Enjoy cold.

    Make sure you don’t use club soda in this recipe. Club soda has extra salt (sodium) added to it.
