After you start feeling your baby move, you may find yourself
daydreaming about your baby. You may also spend time thinking about
being a parent and about how you were parented.
Because you are spending more time thinking about your baby and
becoming a parent, your partner may feel left out. This
can lead to anxiety for you and confusion for your partner. However,
when your partner can feel your baby's movements, your partner will
start daydreaming, too.
Ask your partner for the support you need.

You may also have mood swings that are wider than normal. If your mood swings are severe or become a problem, call your health care provider.
