    Growing Through Loss - South Suburban Coalition

    Educational series for grieving adults. Each session begins with a speaker, followed by small group discussions.

    Adult education and support - West Suburban Grief Coalition

    Ongoing education and support groups for grieving adults. The program is the combined effort of 16 West Suburban area churches and intended to help adults suffering from the loss of a loved one. Each week there are learning, healing and growing experiences offered through professional speakers, videos and breakout sessions.

    Grieving Death & Growing - Bloomington-Richfield Coalition

    Education and support group
    When: Four times/year for eight weeks, on Thursdays from 4:30-6 p.m. (Education 4:30-5 p.m., Small Groups 5-6 p.m.).

    Mindfulness and Grief Group 

    In this four-week support group participants will learn the basics of mindfulness, including meditation and self-compassion.
