Grilled ciabatta bread

This quick-cooking appetizer is less likely to develop cancer-causing carcinogens. The less time it spends on the grill, the less time it has to char!

Ingredients

8 slices (1/2 inch thick) ciabatta bread
1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted

Directions

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  2. Brush melted butter on each side of bread slices.
  3. Place bread on grill and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Serve warm.
