    Strawberries are great for your skin! They contain vitamin C, which builds collagen to help skin appear smooth and healthy.

    Ingredients

    8 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
    1/2 cup half-and-half
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    36 strawberries, stems removed

    Directions

    1. 1. In a small bowl, combine chocolate chips and half-and-half. Stir. Set microwave on 50 percent power. Cook for 1 minute and 50 seconds. Stir until smooth. Add vanilla and stir. If chocolate is thick add half-and-half, 1 tablespoon at a time (stirring), until it reaches desired consistency.* The chocolate should cling to the strawberries when dipped.
    2. Place fresh strawberries on a tray with the bowl of chocolate and colored toothpicks (for dipping the strawberries). Enjoy!
