    Banana zucchini breakfast bars

This bar is very moist so checking for doneness with a toothpick won’t work for this recipe. You’ll know it’s time to take the pan out of the oven when the bars begin pulling away from the sides of the pan. Always check baked goods for doneness at the minimum baking time (in this case, at 35 minutes).
