    Black tea contains antioxidants ("cancer-fighters"), which may help to decrease your risk for getting some types of cancer.

    Ingredients

    1 medium apple, core removed and cut into sections
    1 cup ice cubes
    3 tablespoons low-fat vanilla yogurt
    1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/16 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
    3/4 cup chilled brewed tea

    Directions

    1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high for 1 to 2 minutes, until ingredients are combined and smooth.
    2. Serve immediately.
